Al Shirawi wins Cityland Mall fit-out contract

Al Shirawi Interiors, a premier specialist in interior fit-out, partitioning, suspended ceilings and carpentry works, has been awarded the contract for the complete interior fit-out of the Cityland Mall, the world’s first natured-inspired shopping destination taking shape in Dubai.

The circular-shaped mall will have over 350 stores spread across 1.2 million sq.ft.  It will also feature a 200,000 sq ft open-air garden that will serve as the epicentre of the mall in terms of both architecture and its anchoring role.

As per the deal, Al Shirawi Interiors will fit-out 450,000 sq ft of space including all entrances, pavilions, hypermarket and washrooms.

Construction of Cityland Mall is being monitored by Hill International as the project managers with the project scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The $330-million retail project is the brainchild of Cityland Group, the creator and operator of renowned Dubai Miracle Garden and Dubai Butterfly Garden.
