Subramanian Suryanarayanan has been appointed as director of food and beverage (F&B) at Amwaj Rotana, Dubai.
Suryanarayanan is no stranger to the Rotana brand, having previously worked at Jumeira Rotana in 2011 heading the F&B team. He has over 21 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has worked with world-renowned hotel chains including Intercontinental Hotel Group, Great Hotels of the World and Leading Hotels of the World.
Holding a Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the National Centre for Vocational Training in Bangalore, India, Suryanarayanan started his career in the UAE with Al Bustan Rotana Dubai in 1997.
Apart from his vast experience, Suryanarayanan has also received numerous awards and nominations from Hotelier Middle East magazine, Mena Awards and the Emirates Culinary Guild. Taking a proactive approach, he has always strived to maintain high standards of quality and service.
In his new position, Suryanarayanan will oversee all aspects of Amwaj Rotana’s food and beverage department consisting of five signature concepts and award-winning restaurants including famous American-Japanese Teppanyaki chain, Benihana. - TradeArabia News Service
