Rotana, one of the leading hotel management companies in the region, has bagged the ‘Company of the Year’ award at the celebrated Gulf Business Awards 2018.

Guy Hutchinson, COO of Rotana, accepted the prestigious accolade on behalf of the company at a glittering award ceremony held in Dubai on September 10. The awards night and gala dinner featured stalwarts in different industries and sectors in the region.

In a true testimony of its sustained business performance and unequalled operational excellence, Rotana was selected by an expert panel of judges who included renowned business leaders and journalists. The jury also incorporated a public vote, clearly demonstrating the success of the company’s efforts to deliver on its promise of ‘Treasured Time’ for its guests.

“I am delighted to accept this coveted honour with humility on behalf of all my colleagues at Rotana. We are thankful to the jury for having recognised our industry-leading performance and our continuous pursuit of perfection in our service offerings. I would like to take the opportunity to thank all of our guests and stakeholders for putting their trust in our brand and continuing to inspire us to create unique hospitality experiences. We assure them that we remain committed to building on our achievements to introduce genuine guest experiences while staying true to our core values that have made Rotana the leading brand it is today,” said Guy Hutchinson, COO, Rotana.

The Gulf Business Awards 2018 recognition adds to Rotana’s long list of key local and international accolades the company has received to date. In 2018 alone, Rotana won 17 awards at the World Travel Awards Middle East and the Business Traveller Middle East Awards.

Rotana currently operates 64 properties across 13 countries in the Middle East, Africa and Turkey, and has planned an impressive hotel pipeline of 42 properties in different markets. - TradeArabia News Service
