Pegasus Real Estate, a Rera registered award-winning real estate solutions provider, will be showcasing its extensive portfolio and range of services at the winter edition of the Gulf Property Show which opens tomorrow (Novemebr 21) in The Avenues-Bahrain, the kingdom's top leisure and entertainment destination.
Organised by Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE), the boutique showcase for real estate sector in the Northern Gulf is being held as a complement to the flagship event that takes place annually every April.
A division of a large business conglomerate in Bahrain, Pegasus exclusively markets, sells and manages projects of reputed developers and also represents a wide portfolio of clients looking to buy, sell or manage their residential or commercial spaces.
Among other functions, it caters to requirements such as exclusive developer representation, development planning consultancy, sale and leasing specialists and comprehensive property management.

At the Gulf Property Show, Pegasus will specially promote Seef Terraces that offers affordable high-quality lifestyle homes.
A project by the Dadabhai Group's property development division, the 29-storey Seef Terraces tower comprises 172 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments targeted at the mid-range market in a neighbourhood that blends residential, commercial and leisure space.
Pegasus Real Estate's managing director Aziz Mithaiwala said over 70 per cent of the apartments have already been sold to buyers that represent 19 different nationalities.
"A majority of the buyers are from Bahrain followed by other GCC nationals and expatriates of various nationalities. Homes were handed over to owners in March this year," he stated.
Mithaiwala said the project has been well-received across the region due to its location, award-winning apartment designs and sizes, value proposition, facilities and the developer's impeccable reputation.
During the exhibition, Pegasus will introduce exlusive limited period payment plans to investors looking to buy and move into their new home at Seef Terraces immediately, said the top official.
A concierge service will be arranged for prospective buyers looking to view the project directly from the exhibition, he added.
Pegasus will also be marketing a new project on behalf of a reputed business conglomerate located in Hidd which will be ready for handover in the first quarter of 2019. Pegasus will be present at stand A2 in the exhibition.
