The Il Mercato Mobile App
ll Mercato, the exclusive distributor of the Italian coffee brand Lavazza for the home, office, hotels, restaurants, and cafes, as well as the premium Italian syrups, frappe, fruity mix and iced tea brand ODK, has recently launched its mobile app to provide convenience to its clients.
The Il Mercato App will help users in ordering conveniently and it will also make requests for machine service much easier. Now, clients can communicate their needs with Il Mercato even after office hours, during off days and holidays.
"We all know that there are times office phones get busy. At other times, we try to call a salesperson and he or she is either driving or currently on a sales presentation. In order to bypass all these waiting, the app is just a few phone taps away to let Il Mercato know about your order or machine service request", says Junnel, Il Mercato's Operations Manager. "This way, no call is lost" he adds.
"There are a lot of things that are on the pipeline for the Il Mercato app. Soon, when we get enough users, we will come app with contests to keep our users always happy and excited" adds Reginn, the company's General Manager.
Another important feature of Il Mercato's app is the "Notifications". Whenever popular products or newly launched products are on special pricing, all clients who have downloaded and have created an account in the app will surely get notified.
This is a great step-up by Il Mercato and hopefully, we get more developments like this moving forward. At the end of the day, consumers will surely benefit from the use of today's technology.
