Abu Dhabi set to complete Al Falah roads project

The Abu Dhabi City Municipality (ADM), in cooperation with Abu Dhabi Public Services Company, Musanada, will fully complete all infrastructure and internal roads project, which started last year in Al Falah by the end of June, a media report said.

The project is part of the ongoing development drive seen by Abu Dhabi and suburbs to satisfy the community needs in the area, reported Emirates news agency Wam.

It is also one of the projects aimed to realise the overall vision of the emirate, bring happiness to the community, and bolster the reputation of Abu Dhabi & its distinctive character as a rising and emerging Emirate.

It includes the construction of three-lane, two-way roads between old and new Al Falah cities, in addition to four intersections in the southern and western part of new Al-Falah city. The project also includes completing the roads network surrounding Al Falah residential area, in addition to other associated works such as rainwater drainage, lighting, intersections and light signals.

The infrastructure works in Al Falah, which costs more than Dh41 million ($11.2 million), will also provide roads and infrastructure services to existing and new residential land plots in Al Falah area, thus enhancing the quality of life and services on offer to whole populace.

Al-Falah area, including old and new Al-Falah cities, is part of many areas targeted with projects aimed at upgrading infrastructure in the foreseeable future tailored to cater to the economic boom and rising demographic growth rates witnessed by the emirate at all levels.
