UAE-based Pantheon Group said the work on its affordable luxury development project, Pantheon Elysee in Dubai, is going as per schedule and likely to be ready by the end of next year.
Pantheon Elysee will be located at Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), a major community development that boasts affordable luxurious gated community houses, with state-of-the-art facilities promising residents and potential home seekers a living experience like no other.
A key mixed-use project, Pantheon Elysee features 268 residential units and retail outlets.
The Group is also working on another project, Pantheon Boulevard, a 5-storey development featuring a total of 157 apartments and 5 retail outlets in a great setting.
The family-centric housing community includes beautifully-outlined residential spaces equipped with luxurious amenities providing residents with the opportunity to indulge in several activities aimed at giving them a healthy lifestyle in a safe and fun surrounding, it added.
