Taiwan-based AOC, a global leader in monitor display technology, said that it has launched three new models of AOC 16" class USB Monitors in the Middle East.

The 15.6" plug and play models I1601FWUX, I1659FWUX and E1659FWU are built with ultra-slim IPS panel for extreme portability, said a company statement.

The ultra slim and lightweight USB monitors receives both power and signal from a single USB cable for connectivity. Users can plug the monitor into a USB port on a laptop and it’s ready for use and multitasking on the move, it said.

Supporting multiple monitor connections and compatibility with PCs and Macs, AOC USB Series is an ideal extended display. The monitors showcase superb picture quality with the advanced IPS technology for vibrant, consistent colours and wide viewing angles. Its portable design allows users to enjoy crisp and refined visuals anytime they want. Ideal for users who are always on the move, it added.

According to AOC, the monitors display a pixel response time of I1601FWUX (5 ms GTG), I1659FWUX (25ms), and for E1659FWU (8ms), which delivers speed without the smear for an enhanced gaming experience. Fast-moving action and dramatic transitions will be rendered smoothly without the annoying effects of ghosting.

Carol Anne Dias, regional sales director – Middle East and Africa (MEA), said: “Our company continues to lead the innovation in display technologies to deliver the finest range of USB Monitors focused on enhancing productivity and performance of desk-centric users simply with plug and play options, which provides the best display quality, portability and user experience to satisfy the needs of our customers.”

AOC offers a three-year warranty for all of its monitors. The models are available at prices of Dh799 ($217.5) for I1601FWUX; Dh649 ($176.7) for I1659FWUX; and Dh499 ($135.8) for E1659FWU. – TradeArabia News Service
